Wild rice, Barley, Mushrooms & Green Beans


A delicious hearty dish of wild rice, barley, sauteed mushrooms, caramelized onions and crunchy green beans with butter and walnuts oil.

Heat the rice, mushrooms and barley covered on a stovetop, on low-medium heat for 7-10 minutes, or until heated through. Stir often. Toss the green beans on a preheated skillet for 30 seconds and serve on top of the rice mix.
