Vegan Stuffed Bell Peppers


Five colorful bell peppers stuffed with lentils and rice and cooked in tomatoes sauce.



Preheat oven to 375ºF. Place the peppers in a oven safe dish and pour the sauce over. Heat  covered for 15-20 minutes. Remove the cover and heat for another 5-10 minutes.
