Lubia & Mung Beans Meshausha


Black eye peas, mung beans  & lentils with caramelized onions and aromatic spices over lima beans spread.

Heat the mung beans, black eyed peas & lentils on a pan on medium low heat for 5 minutes or until heated through. Heat the masabacha with one tbs of water on low heat, stirring often. Plate the masabacha like you would hummus and top it with the mung beans and lentil (as in the photo above). Drizzle a bit of olive oil.
