Crushed durum wheat semolina served with garbanzo vegetables stew.

Heat the couscous in a covered pan on medium low hit for a
few minutes. Stir often. 

Heat the stew in a covered pot on low medium heat
for 5-8 minutes or until heated through.

Serve the stew on top of the couscous.
