Vegan Tomato Dolma
The ultimate summer dish! Stuffed tomatoes with lentils, rice, pine nuts & pomegranate molasses, cooked in tomato sauce.
Small: Feeds 2.
Large: Feed 4-5.
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Place the peppers in a oven safe dish and pour the sauce over. Heat covered for 15-20 minutes. Remove the cover and heat for another 5-10 minutes.
