Couscous & Vegetables Tagine
Crushed durum wheat semolina served with garbanzo vegetables stew.
Small: Feeds 2.
Large: Feed 4-5.
Heat the couscous in a covered pan on medium low heat for a few minutes. Stir often. Heat the stew in a covered pot on low medium heat for 5-8 minutes or until heated through. Serve the stew on top of the couscous
